In addition to our hosted group trips, we are pleased to offer a planning and travel design services where we arrange flexible independent travel both domestic and international. We handle all of the logistics with ocean/river cruises, romantic escapes, solo, family vacations, destination weddings, and class/family reunions plus corporate travel.

Planning/Design Fees:

• Individual request $100

• Group request $250

The planning fee ensures our time and effort are compensated and allows us to make authentic decisions based on what’s best for you.

Before You Start

After completing the client intake form and scheduling your discovery call, please be aware that there's a non-refundable planning/designfee associated with our services. We are dedicated to creating a perfect getaway and would like to ensure that we mutually understand this is a beneficial element to your travel experience. An invoice will be sent to align with the services identified on the client intake form.

Planning/design Fee Inclusions

Upon completion of the client or group inquiry form and discovery call -- If we agree to move forward, the non-refundable planning/design fee invoice will follow.

We will then began working on your request and schedule the 1-hour proposal walkthrough to review your options. You will receive two-three travel quotes based on one confirmed destination in 5 business days. Custom trips may require additional time if it includes features such as transfers, excursions and more. If your proposed trip contains more than one destination, please provide details for a customized fee. More time is needed for larger groups of 10 or more.

The fee is valid for 10 calendar days from the time the quote is sent for review and it includes one (1) revision for the same destination. It is important to note quotes are subject to change until a deposit is received, processed and your trip has been booked.

To secure a quoted price, most vendors require a deposit amount or full payment either immediately or within 24 - 48 hours. For this reason, it is important to be deposit-ready upon review of the proposal.

The Process:

Step 1

Submit the client intake form and provide as much detail as possible regarding your ideal getaway and schedule a discovery call

Step 2

Upon receiving the form, an invoice for research and consultation will be sent based on the number of travelers. For groups of 10 or more, please contact us at [email protected] for group travel inquiries. Once payment is received, we will schedule your 20-minute consultation call to review your trip details.

Step 3

You will receive two travel quotes based on one confirmed destination. Please allow 5 business days after submission for your customized quotes. The research fee is valid for 10 days from the time the quote is sent for review and includes one revision for the same destination. Keep in mind that quoted prices are subject to change until a deposit is received and processed by the supplier.

Step 4

Once you’ve selected your package, we will proceed with booking your vacation!
